3milers, hillsprints, weight training.

Hi, im currently in holding troop in RMR ...
(every other wednesday night at RMR detachment for 2 hours phys)
Just wondering what you lot think of:
- Running 3miles followed by 10 hill sprints (30-50m sprints)
and doing ^that routine 3 times a week (one of the runs in boots).
I will also be doing weights a lot, i dont think this will hamper phase one training, because i will be keeping up with bodyweight work as well, and i wont be gaining TOO MUCH weight. Just wondering what you all think, thanks.
