Reading through the comments, notice the spams with the sense of humour failure, oh and of course the standard post from a "para" calling him a hat.

this guy also seems to be EOD, which shows despite his fitness he's doing more than his fair share, and still has time to have a sense of humour, a valuable quality and getting ever rarer judging from some of the bone posts I have read on a few military forums of late.
