Right fellas got my PRMC tomorrow finaly!!! i've been really looking forward to it over the past 8 months and i'm as keen as ever to get stuck in, meet the lads and give it my all on the phys and not give up until i'v reached my goal!. Most of all i'm going to enjoy the experience, or atleast try to and take away with me some quality memmories and hopefully a pass .

also thank you to this forum and to all you lads who've posted some realy good advise and infomation about fitness and training as its helped me alot and i'm sure it has others too so keep it up guys .

Take some snacks to save you having to get down to the shop (if you're allowed down at all)
