What are you going for?
A good knowledge of current affairs, and especially the RAF's role in them, would be an excellent starting point.

Like both Mitch and tartan have already said, wear a suit and look tidy, and read up on RAF history, RAF Regiment History and current roles and deployments, reading and paying attention to all force related story’s in the press also helps.
Your going to be asked on your Family Background, Hobbies and pastimes, Education, grades etc, and any reasonability’s you have had in or outside school. The big question you want to practice answering so it flows out of you on the day is “Why do you want to join the Royal Air Force”
Also make sure you know all about how you will be trained during RT so if your asked “Whats your understanding of basic training?” you will be able to discuss it. Finally, be yourself and don’t let nerves get the better of you, remember the corporal or Sgt interviewing you is not there to “catch you out” or ask trick questions.
Best of Luck

Hey mate.
Just wondering who interviewed you? I went to the Liverpool AFCO and I had Sgt. Barrow interviewing me. He was a great laugh and has been really helpful to me. Sorry to hear that you didn't get in! Good luck with the royal Engineers.
All the best
Andrew
