I know how eager I used to be before I started so if there are any questions fire away and I'll do my best to answer this X-mas leave.

932, week 9 when I come back - week 10 it'll be nice and cold for Hunters moon oooh :D .

JCAP, it is tough but good, you're always learning new things so you have to be on the ball all the time - the troop are largely a good bunch but I don't think we work together aswell as we should do and it is a young troop and apparently it shows.

Yeah I would also like to know what the phys is like.

I know it must be tough but is it very progressive? the phys must be easy (relative term) at the start and then get harder, because they can't hammer you like on the PRMC/POC every day or everyone will be injured surely? Do you have days off phys aswell where you just learn theory?

Sorry for all the questions!!!

Cheers, Goy

Morning guys

Re names; Not a good idea to put full names on here for various reasons and we should respect privacy.

First names are OK or with the first letter of the surname. The same applies for staff members no full names, please.

Hey Matt, I'm on 931. We're on the ranges for two weeks after leave but give me a shout when we get back. I'm in room 10, top of the stairs.

Have a good Christmas,
Greg.

Phys everyday, sometimes twice a day.

You don't really do much running just circuit training and rope climbing around the gym, and the odd camp circuit run if you're not digging out in the gym. Also you do alot of swimming aswell.

The phys is not too hard but if you go all guns blazing you'll be tired at the end, like has been said though it is progressive.

Stinky - there's a Matt H in my troop, it's me! but I don't know you.

Greg - roger that, I'm in room 3 mate by the window.
