Hey guys just wondering if anyone has had trouble sleeping after a night of training.
the past few weeks I have noticed after doing lots of excersize my body wont goto sleep at night. I dont know whether it is because I am to hyperactive from the fitness or whether I am just worried about the PRMC.
Does anyone know what it is?

How close to bed time are you training? This is a common effect of training too close to going to sleep as the exercise stimulates your body ect and keeps it awake rather than letting it settle down ready for sleep.
Thats a bog standard explanation as i dont know the proper way of explaining it

umm usually between 4-7pm then goto bed at 12:00. its really annoying because I only get like 4-5 hours sleep a night if Im lucky, and my muscles feel like jelly and tired the next day.

Doesnt sound like you're training too close to bed time to me, are you eating after training or late in the evening?
Maybe you could try using the hour before you go to sleep as a 'wind down' time? Like try just relaxing by listening to some slow music ect or reading a book.....basically anyhting that doesnt stimulate your mind or body too much lol.

Hello Andrew,
Sounds a bit mince i know but an ex-missus of mine used to write all of her worries (and what she was going to do about them) on a pad by the bed if she couldn't sleep. The act of 'doing something about it' is usually enough to settle you down.
Her problems all involved me though.
Love and hugs from,

Does anyone know what it is?
Over training can lead to temporary anxiety ?
Just a thought.

I only got 3 hours sleep last night and layed there for about 4 hours. I think its your body maybe getitng used to it or maybe you are just having late nights and your body clock is abit messed up, thats my problem at the moment lol.

Ever tried a cup of Horlicks? - sounds a bit girly but it really does work. Or try watching Eastenders - sends me off every time
