A quick question about the PJFT

Hello,

I don't post much here because all my questions are usually asked and answered by other people.

However, I had my interview the other day which went fine and he also gave me a introduction to the PJFT. He said it has done with a 2% incline, is this true? Because I assumed it was done on the flat.

Cheers,

Goy

It's not done with an incline mate.

No, it is not done with a 2% incline. I was told that there is no incline because IT speeds up the distance and is cheating.

It's a lot harder running with an incline, you can notice the difference with just 0.5% so 2% will make quite a difference.
PJFT should have 0% incline, make sure it is!
