Training music

I know this subject has been covered by running songs, but i would say this is more for doing circuits and sprinting as it just gets you angry.
Try listening to 'Arch Enemy' heavy metal band or what ever they are, its angry stuff and will help you push out those extra reps.

I personally like to listen to the classic training music (Prodigy) , i konw it's common but still gets you going for workout (especially sprint training). However you can't beat the rolling stones
.
Thats not to everyone's taste but i think it's worth a try, cause when you need to bang out those extra 10 press-ups and "paint it black" appears on the ipod it gives me the energy to get the job done.
Maybe a bit of Drum and bass having said that most of it is s**t, so you would have to find a high tempo tune to really get the adrenalin flowing.
But you can't beat the "prodigy" for a workout tune!
