Another a quick question

Just wondering, when you do your medical they check for a hernia, but what happens if you DO have one. Do you fail or get deferred and told to go away and get it fixed, or are you not allowed to join at any time.

Im afraid I dont know the answer to your question but until someone who does know comes on to post im sure I read another thread on this a couple of weeks ago try doing a search

i can imagine you being deferred until you've had surgery and its fully healed

My brother had a hernia. got it fixed and he made it into the forces alright.
