To quote the corporals "there are no minimums the website is shite, everyone should aim for lvl 13."

Anyway, I passed the PRMC. It was tough but if you train hard and want it you'll pass no problems. Although my scores were stopped at the maximum so I did not have a chance to show off my press ups they were:

Bleep test: 11.8
Press ups: 60
Sit ups: 80
chin ups: 6

assault course 3:50

For the note book the points where I felt like I was going to cry and get into the foetal position were during the assault course and during some of gym test 2.

GET IN!! I'm getting p*ssed.

Just got a few questions!!

What format were the sprints in gym test 2?how long did they last?

oooeer!

To answer your questions Tom_06:

3 Miler was ran at 22:25, I know this because I heard the corporals talking to each other, and the fast bit in the middle couldn't have been more than 5 minutes max.

Gym test 2 was 5 stances at 3 minutes each, you're being watched very closely so it's balls out. The sprints at the end were about 10-15 minutes at the end.

My advice would be that working hard at sprint training and circuit training and getting fully out of my comfort zone before I went there paid off BIG TIME. Train hard fight easy! That was very much the case to the degree that I found myself pleasantly surprised when bottom field ended and gym test 2 ended.

Howard, hopefully I'll start 16th October.

You bet I do, it made me laugh big time. I have never heard of the Ceiling Cat phenomena, great stuff.
