Swimming test

Hi there. Does anyone know if they navy, offers instructions in swimming for non swimmers at HMS Raleigh. I'm about to go for my basic training and i can't swim.

Yes they do but I think they will be remedial ie in your own time (if such a thing exists at Raliegh) so if you can learn before you go.

The other thing to do is for this chap to pop down his local pool as they can offer lessons. I was always a good swimmer but picked up some front crawl lessons when I was doing some sprint traithlons
