I just took it easy before my course, just started making my training sessions lighter and not really pushing myself on the runs. Worked for me like as when i got there i had loads of energyFelias wrote:Trust me, your going to need to overload on everytraining session you do, I started sprints 2 weeks before my course. Don't overload but do increase the intensity. Overtraining can seriously wreck your performance as well as increasing the likelihood of illness.Felias wrote:Trust me, your going to need to overload on everytraining session you do, I started sprints 2 weeks before my course. Best of luck Brian

Cheers fellas, think I'm going to need some luck on this one..

letsrole, I decided to act and train as if I'm going, but I probably won't know for sure until about the 29th! Hoping to pass it on willpower and adrenaline.. I know I'll be able to give it 100% whatever the outcome, suppose that's all I can do!

Anyone got any tips on how to do press ups??
