Looking forward to PRMC when it comes, but my AFCO might put me on a 'meet the marines' day.

Lol, can't remember why I put that, its not true. I can do the PJFT on the treadmill in 8.30 so i'm not worried about that, just the upper body which I suck at. I'm a farking fat bastard

If your a "farking fat bastard" how do you manage 8:30 even on a treadmill?

Well if the treadmill is set to about 10.5mph does that make it about 8.30 ? I used to be 17 stone but im now 15 stone. I can manage that time quite easily but I die afterwards. - dont forget treadmills are piece of piss.
I never thought I would get this far with my health etc, and I could never even do 5 consecutive pushups, but now I can do the minimum 20 required. Everything is slowly improving and I feel more confident about the PRMC

- dont think I will ever reach the maximum 60 though ha.

No offence mate but i think your contradicting yourself,
You say that you can manage 8:30 easily but die afterwards. If you die afterwards you surely shouldnt have found running an 8:30 easy! i.e. if you die afterwards you would have found the run hard.
Also, if you do find it easy then your not working hard enough!

Easy as in I could go for another 5 minutes. Hard as in I wouldn't want to

I don't know how hard the beastings will be, but CV is one of my strong points so I am confident about that and the assault course.

rob uk bit of advice mate as im an ex nod ur attitude that your made up to be able to manage just the minimum ammount of press ups is terrible beceause when u get down to CTCRM you will struggle especially in recruit training beceause you will be doing lots of press ups never think bout the minimum always think about maxing every exercise.

I appreiciate this but already fully understand it. As I have only been training for my upperbody for a couple of weeks I don't expect to be at maximum results. I was only saying that I have just reached the bare minimum and so I am on the way to improving them!
