Alright mate, welcome to the forums.

Next time you write a message just make sure you're spellings decent.

What did you fail on on your prmc and when are you looking at going back down?

Well done for admitting this. That is the first stage on your road to recovery. Now all you have to do is stop using text speak and you'll get on just fine!

Why don't you join an athletics club? They can really help you with both your running and your stamina.

Or failing that see if any of your mates are willing to run with you. Running on your tod can get very boring to say the least. It is either something you enjoy or hate. I was never very keen on it myself to be honest. But, if you want to earn a Green Lid you are going to have to do it.

And please stop the text speak. You didnt do it in School so don't do it on here. Us Owd Gits find it very annoying to say the least. Just take your time when typing and Lo & Behold you will be amazed at what the correct use of the English language will get you. No more flak from people like me for starters. :D

I'm sorry "shadowcreaper" is that an extremely sarcastic post? If so, congratulations, because you had managed to get my blood boiling!! If not, please learn (quicky) that it is not just 'old folks' that need to read/understand text speak - I am from the "txtspk" age, but prefer to read prose. Better structure, better cadence, better to appreciate what you want, thus better to respond to your needs.

If not, and I am sorry if I upset you, please learn how to spell. Ignore the whole 'Armed Forces' thing for now, but good, consistent spelling will aid you throughout your life, because as much as you want it now you won't be a soldier for the rest of your life.

Commiserations on failing your PRMC though - I appreciate (though will never go through) the effort it involves.

For future reference, and with respect to my initial paragraph, I assume you meant Olde English. The whole spelling thing bothers everyone - old sweat to new recruit(er)!! - because we are all taught it at secondary school, and thus have no excuse, we do (!) know it and thus use it.

I think the bottom line is: "if you use proper English, you'll get a sensible answer". People won't be able to help you if they can't read what you've written. I'm slightly before the text generation (email was the big, new thing when I was a teenager), I'm only 22 and text speak does my head in (I even use proper English in text messages) so it's not just 'Old Folks' who hate it.

Other forums such as the Student Room and Pprune don't tolerate text speak either.

I just hate shadowcreeper, it doesnt matter what language he types in.

I have pre-warned people that using text speak isnt welcome and there is a thread explaining why. It has been ignored by this penis cranium so I am now off to bin all of his posts and will continue to do so until his spelling improves.

Other twonks take note and Gemma hows your Dad?
