at the moment im trying to get my fitness levels back up to what they used to be, im doing a few 2 mile runs a week, cycling for an hour uphill and downhill and sit ups and press ups and 5 a side football.
im finding the press ups harder than i should at the moment, does anyone know the best way to make press ups easier, what sort of extra training should i be doing?
cheers all

I'm not surprised you couldn't find anything, it's a carefully guarded secret. I like you though so I'm going to tell you.
The way to get better at press-ups is..... do lots of press-ups. Sets of them during circuit training, as many as you can at the end of your runs and bang them out during the day whenever you get bored.
