PRMC i found to be quick enjoyable, couple of thrashing sessions the rest is sit around on your beds, watch videos and meet new people. Its all good, nothing to be nervous about either, just get fit and you'll breeze it :)

Nothing like training where you get no time to do anything. heh. Enjoy it.

Anybody think that the marines are wasting there time with this 99.99% promotion?? Somebody obviously missed the adverts as well as his dictionary before he went down to Lympstone!

They're supposed to thrash you, thats what makes Royal so fcukin nails!!

Haha bring on training!

I dont think the PRMC is worth worrying about. Its hard, but if you train hard enough then its nothing big. I failed because I didnt train hard enough. Its as simple as that. Like RM.Nod said, the 3 days are quite enjoyable. They feed you, clothe you, give you a bed. Nothing comes free you know, so expect to do a bit of hard work in return. Plus not everyone gets to go down to Lympstone.

F'ing hillarious Doc :D

Dont listen to that bull s@@t, you get plentity of time to your self in training, you just have to motavate your self to get things done, then the rest of the night consists of watching DVD's. You also get nearly every weekend off to relax or piss it up.

I dont think the PRMC is worth worrying about.
maybe if you had worried about it you would have passed first time.

Well get you W.Mitty giving everyone a telling off. hah!
noone should put themselves down for failing their PRMC, the truth is they have to actually fail a percentage of people, even if its just 1. So just cause you aint picked, doesnt mean you werent good enough, just means you were not the best in the bunch of people that were there, im supprised i passed mine, i didnt do too much train prior to going down. I did some obviously, but i had no set schedule or anything, went down passed, went into training. I found Recruit Training Phys hard, but i still managed.

But anyway, i kinda agree with you Mitty, as you get further in training you get more time to yourself.
