This might sound a bit stupid, but i was wondering if you are in CTCRM doing the 32 weeks training are you allowed to go the barbers and get your haircut as often as you like and pay for it yourself, or are you only allowed a haircut every month just that i take pride in my appearance as u do ?

You can goto the barbers anytime, inbetween pressups and using your wrist mounted GPS / Heartrate monitor / cafe latte maker, debating what trainers are best and wether you should be here with the nods or over there with the yo-yo's, wondering what the latest twitch is in a muscle you never knew you had and wether or not you can squeeze one out on the bottom field without all the blokes you asked "whats the best SQ mate?" catching you doing it before you put your chit in for SB selection in the pigeon hole in the foundation block!

Huy Up, Sticky, Doc and Artist,
I have just been given a new prescription for painkiller.! It consists of :-

1 * large measure of white rum ( at least three tots)
6 or 7 ice cubes.

Take one large tumbler (half pint at least!) and put in the aforementioned items.
Then top up with Old Jamaican Ginger Beer. It has to be that one or I'm assured it won't be quite so nice.
It certainly is better than Bacardi and Coke!!

Sneaky I advise you continue with current medication and add to it a no-boots chit, you wont be standing so they wont be needed
