As the title says whats your best time? At the RSC I pushed myself really hard thought I was going to colapse and got 10.32.

I never timed myself since the c@#t last night and I got it in 9.15,

so I've knocked off well over a minute, happy days!

Probably being off the smokes as well for a few months has helped a bit too.

Have only timed myself once (because they wanted a time) and got 9.32. Although when i finished i did have a lie down in the middle of the road waiting to die so disqualified myself.

Not sure on a 1.5 mile time but 2 figure 8s of my road is 1.6mile and can get that cracked at 9.30 so im guessing maybe 9 minutes or slightly under.

I've done one in 8:40 before, and reckon I still had some to give, but I didn’t want to upset the TA pti by beating him 8)

Apart from Jeb and Dannyd the rest and you must have been wearing clogs whilst whistling Tulips from Amsterdam through a straw!!!! When I went through Newton we did a total of 13 BFT's (i per wk as well as regular fizz)and were expected to complete the last one in under 9 mins. Most managed in under 8.5 and some were sub 8mins.

I've never timed a BFT, but the first half of my 3-miler is usually done in 10 minutes-ish. I'll do one tomorrow.
