Whats the difference between....

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what the differences between REME and the Royal Engineers?
I'm currently trying to make up my mind as to which regiment to apply for and any help would be fantastic.

RE = Royal Engineers
REME = Royal Engineers Made Easy

So your trying to make your mind up about joining one of two units, neither of which you seem to know anything about?
Officer entry by chance?
