I went to my interview today to see if i was good enough to go selection process.

My Careers advisor said i would be ok with no problem, but in the interview, the interviewer said i wasn't answering questions fully, and i needed to practice giving full answers and to come back next week.

How good do you have to be in the interview, and how much do you need to say, because i think it went well...

You just have to be yourself. Were you answeing the questions with just yes or no answers? if so get a mate/parent to ask you the same questions again and practise answering in sentances instead of yes or no.

If not at least you will no what to expect next week and will be more relaxed.

Think about the questions they asked you, then think of ways you could expand on your answer. May be they just wanted to make sure of your communications skills, as short abrupt answer could indicate that you could be a bit of a loner and have problems talking to people.
