If you use the search function above, there is a wealth of knowledge on this.
You'll need to know the main corps dates, colours, cap badge, VC winners (only a couple), specialisations, the commando traits (i.e. cheerfulness in adversity, determination etc), units & their locations and perhaps who the Commandant General RM is.
It would help if you brush up on the weapons, helos, crafts and ships they use and where they have been operationally deployed recently (i.e. last 2 yrs). The Navy website is great and the Globe and Laurel is too.
They will ask about your family situation, education and achievements, work, hobbies, sports and your current fitness level. They will also ask you about your financial situation (i.e. any debt/dependants) and if you have ever done any kind of manual work or DIY/gardening.
They'll ask about your motivation - why the Royal Marines, what you want to get out of a career with them, what area you want to go for (don't say SF), what are the characteristics of a good marine.
If you prepare yourself there will be nothing to worry about. Have a read up and a good hard think.
Be honest, prompt, confident and speak clearly without figdeting. Wear a suit/shirt and tie.
Don't let them talk you out of what you want, stick to your guns. Remember they have recruitment quotas to meet. If they feel RM is not for you then they will not pass you.
Good luck
If I've missed anything out/got something wrong please feel free to correct me.
