Has any ex, retired or serving members of the RN had any issues in relation to this reported problem?

Hey AirForce,
My dad served in the RAN for 22 years, and was HMAS Melbourne's supply officer for about 5 of those in the mid sixties. I asked him about this toxic dust thingy, and he didn't seem too concerned by it all. He said he's not heard of anyone he knows, who served on Melbourne, becoming sick or displaying any symptoms. Still, I encouraged him to get himself tested for the poison, but I doubt he will being the stubborn old sod that he is, lol.
Cheers mate,
Josh.
