Lads, if you have any questions with reference to the PGAC Course, just come and ask me. I am the sergeant in charge of the course and will answer any questions that you may have, or worries about the course itself. Our aim is to make sure you have all the right information so you can succeed on the course, so ask away.

This webb site was written by the Recruit Training Wing and gives plenty of tips on excercise, warm ups, stretches and a programme of the course itself. Just remember to listen to what's being said, do as your told to the best of your ability and don't get gobby or chat back. The course is only 3 days long so we can't give you the exact imprression of what a Trainee Gunner Course is like, but it gives you a good idea. One more thing, bring a sense of humor too. When you get tired, you'll need it.
