Boobs!

Hey all! Anyone got advice for tryin to lose some weight off my chest! Breast may be good fun to you guys but tryin to get fit with them is a painful nightmare!

Also, a few inches do need to come of my waist! Any advice would be great!!

Post a picture of them and we will be able to draw up a regime that will maximise fat burning potential.

Lins8 get a good sports bra and if that doesnt help whilst running try using parcel tape or sumthing around them for added support. It sounds stupid but it does help... also press ups will burn fat away from the chest, do them on your knees as male style can damage ovaries.

At least your meant to have boobs.. I've got man-boobs which are no fun to run with and my girlfriend is jealous! Joggers nipple is no good for either sex!
This is an area where i have no knowledge/experience at all. I hope there are some females on the site who can help you out m8.. I'm dropping hints to my step daughter (16 yrs old) to join army/navy as a nurse or medic but so far she's blanking me! Good to see a fremale on the site, makes a change from die-hard commando/sas/para wannabes gobbing off. If that offends anyone then you must deserve it!!

Hi Lins8,

Like Gunn said, press ups (with your knees down). That would be the best bet.

As for either Army or Navy as a Nurse.....choose Navy :) You may then possibly see me and Klinkklank in the future then if we pass our PRMC and Commando training :)

Thanks Gunn for the press ups advice, i started them today and managed 30, its a start! Did some sits aswell and 30 was bearable for them too, but i guess it'll get easier!

Thanks Alex fot the welcoming, military men are always so open with there arms (haha, at least)!! Jokin, i love ye's really and hope to be one of you's soon! I'm sure your man boobs are attractive, just pretend your brains are in them!

For you Dave, my decision is made! Navy is is, only if i get to see you guys!

I can shrink them for you. It's a special technique involving extensive massage. I don't charge anything for it. When can you fly to Seattle?

Press ups will not remove fat from your boobs - they will firm the pec muscles though - basically if you need to loose body fat, drink more water, do more aerobic work and cut down on you calorie intake and watch the intake of fatty foods. Isolating key areas to loose fat will not work - when you loose body fat you loose it from the entire body!!
Press ups will remove small amounts of fat from the areas the muscles are being used, true that some fat will turn to muscle but this will make your breasts nice and firm and more manageable when running and im sure the guys wont be complaining 8) If you want to lose weight dramatically sprinting 5 X 100m a day will sort that out, remember to have a days break once or twice a week and pleanty of sleep. This maybe hard if you have large breasts so you need a good sports bra and like i said before parcel tape or something.
