just wondering if any geordies or people who know of any fitness groups around Newcastle area, thanks.

I dont know of any fitnes groups but eldon leisure do some great circuit and spin classes, pop in to the impulse gym and talk to Rob (he knows what he is talking about). I have shin splints at the moment so i am only doing the spin classes but they are really good.

I thought running from the coppers would be exercise enough.

I thought I`d seen your names before and its just came to me, I was in Gateshead Metro station, going home after a long days graft giving out free meals to the populous. When I cast a gaze over to the wall where the 'Fare dodgers caught on the metro poster' was hung. I distinctly remember seeing Gunn and Exxonuk there.
