Hey i was just wondering what happens if you fail the POC. Are you given the opportunity to try for the PRMC or are you just kicked?

A POC failure was binned from my recruit troop. Don't assume that being 'only' a marine is second best (not that you are). There are reasons why officers are officers and ranks are ranks and many have nothing to do with fitness, soldiering ability or leadership potential. I think they may have been the criteria with the army commando's of WW2 but the establishment has a habbit of re-asserting itself especially in 'peace-time' when the imperative has gone.

Say if during basic training you do something like break your leg and can't go into Hunter do you have to do a PRMC/POC again?
