back early

Post by fevernova »

well i bring good news tom b and daytripper are doing great

there gonna pass so i wanna be the first to say....

well done.

i have had a hard few days and nothing has went right

i not being a saw looser i admit i am not fit enought but hes a few things that went wrong

woke up on the 9th with a bad back and i only got 3 hrs sleep max

then all my trains where delayed lol that just peed me off

woke up at 5am with only an hr sleep :( must of been nerves

did the bleep test and got lvl 9,9 now i know 12 year olds that can do better that that i can normally do 11.5 in my sleep so to speak.

pressups went allright but after the bleep test i was certain i was gonna colapes to the floor i think it was lack of fluids my mouth was dry at the start of the warmup, anyway i got 35 press ups which i was happy with in the state i was in and 55 sit ups and 5 pull ups

anyway along came the dreaded bottem field it was fing solid but not as hard as i thought it accually is only about 20 mins but its none stop sprints and i knew at this point my back was hurting to much to even attempt to try and change there minds about my bleep test, cut all me knees as well but that was nothing

anyway will give some tips and what i have learned tomorrow just spent 15hrs + on a train in 2 days with only about 4 hrs sleep

i did try hard but this was far from my best.

ps i am not giving up i want some help making a intence plan for 6 month i am hoping to do train 4 times in 2 days as well as some other training

Bad luck mate, next time you will pass i know because you are determined. You will have a good idea now of what you need to be able to do to pass the prmc, so u can just train untill you know you are fit enough to pass.

Good luck

Sorry to hear that mate. Just look at it this way, you have more experience now than anyone on this board who hasn't done a PRMC yet. So next time you have no excuse ;)

How were your shins? As you seemed worried about them leading up the 9th!

fevernova, how many months did you train before the prmc? And how fit were you at the end of the training? Do you think it was too soon for you?
