air force moving help

hey everyone...my hubby is in Technical school. he graduates the 26th of this month...we know we are going to Minot AFB ND but we don't know when...
he isn't doing RAP because the recruiter didn't sign the papers in time...i was wondering if anyone knew if, when, and how much travel time and leave he will get to help me do things to get ready to go to minot. thanks
