I have flatfeet ,but i dont experience any pain or discomfort while performing any physical activities.I have been quiet active since childhood in sports and outdoors stuff. Will it be a problem if i want to join the Paras or the British Army in general?

Well I guess its my mistake ,I am sorry for not introducing myself and just asking questions.I am a student from India trying to get into the Indian Army as an officer, but they do not accept people with flatfeet.I did some research on the net and found out that the US Army now accepts people with flatfeet as recent studies have shown that only 20% of them suffer from any problems the other 80%(people like me)are fit to serve in the Defence forces.
So i was thinking of my other option thats joining the British Army as a citizen of the commonwealth. As the Indian Army is very simmilar to the British Army(we even have the same names for regiments Brigade of Gaurds,Grenadiers,Parachute Regiment etc). The Indian Army has retained many traditions and norms of the British Army.So just wanted to make sure flatfeet is accepted in the British Army.
I tried the Army website for Medical Queries but found nothing on flatfeet,I have also contacted the Overseas cell and they should be mailing me an application form and other stuff.I would be gratefull if you guys could give me some insight

This was on the official british army site. Flat feet isnt the problem it used to be thanks to orthotics (insoles).
I have flat feet, can I still join the Army?
During the selection process you will have a full medical examination. The doctor will determine to what extent your feet are flat. If he/she believes you are capable of undergoing training then you may be eligible to join.
