Passed me selction lads. made up now a can relax over xmas because i know am deffo in. I was not going to go down because of a terrible cold. Felt real weak and achey. I just had to grit mt teeth and plod on. The real work starts in jabuary now. Anyone else going in january??? Thanks to all the para lads for alll the tips and advice

good effort mate, i wouldernt relax too much though! if you go Depot in jan, Train hard! no matter how much you train it won't be enough!

yeah well done and lay off the pies ;o) think also a thing to bear in mind is to train sensibly till it kicks off all that effort will be wasted if you go silly and injure yourself now your in.

Remember the longer you stick at it the easier it gets, so what ever happens don't give up as you will always wonder if you stuck at it would I have passed.

Yer i know what you mean tab. Am goin just gonna train steadily now. Cant wait now though. Febuary it looks now, gutted but nothin i can do
