pirbright adsc in 2 week some advice needed thanks.

hi,just wondering about the 1. 5 mile run at selection what is the route like? flat? and the grenade theory test do they actually tell u what to write on your notes? and the team tasks. thanks help will be appricated

If you go adsc at pirbright mate the run isnt too bad all i can say is in preparation for it dont just do 1.5 milers get a couple of 3 milers in and try to run 2 miles instead of 1.5, as for the grenade test they do a lesson before the end of your 1st day were you can take down notes then you get to revise them for half hour or so before lights out i went there on the 3rd of june mate just digg deep and good luck mate.

Was there on the 24th July, my elbows and knees still ache from the grenade exercise and the kneeling during teamwork. Its not hard just keep your head up and participate in team tasks. The grenade test is easy, just make sure you take notes of anything in capital letters and during your revision try to differentiate in your head, the two types of grenades.
