If each room in the juniors blocks gets internet connection.... and they provide a 50m swimming pool and top of the range sporting facilities on top of the other revamping they're doing........... then it will confirm that CTC is in the transition to become the rehabilitation centre for HMP Dartmoor, as first reported in 2000.
http://www.timesnewsonline.co.uk/plan_t ... o_ctc.html
Serena Watts - Governor, HMP Dartmoor stated:
"Well, all those military types are either sunning themselves overseas or live in holes on Dartmoor anyway, so it makes sense to make better use of this facility for our guests in HMP. It's by the sea too, which will make a nice change for the guests and Lympstone would be a nice day out for the families that turn up for visits. I believe the beach is
Blue Flag?"
