I have been becoming increasingly interested in the RAF Regiment recently however I am actually having trouble getting info the the required fitness levels for joining.

Can anyone give examples of the level of fitness that an applicant would need to attain? For example: X amount of press ups, X amount of Sit ups, fun x in y minutes.

Any details would be appreciated.
Also I would be interested in something like being a forward air controller. Are there any required qualifications before joining?

im starting training for the regiment this sataday and the fitness required on your PGAC is not really hard 0 press ups in min 25 sit ups in a min level 9.1 on the bleep test but i must stress your trying to show the CPL you have what it takes so its best effort on the whole of the course

No, but I've got this month's issue of 'Donkey Fetish Monthly'. You should see the centre spread.

Do you want me to scan it for you?
