MoD Civilian employees lack of morale.

The MoD recently implemented a Civilian Attitude Survey.
A report in Paper Clips, the in house monthly journal for
MoD personnel indicates the collapse in trust and morale
across the Department. Some 71% of staff responded
stating that they had no confidence in senior MoD management.
A new current summer survey has been requested by the
Personnel Director, Defence Analytical Service Agency and is
likely to indicate an increase percentage of dissatisfaction.
