Engineering Technician (Marine Engineering) Waiting

Does anybody know what the wait is currently at for Raleigh? I passed my PJFT back in May but was advised it could be 9 months from when I applied (April). I noticed that Meggie's daughter got her start date pretty much straight away but she is going into a different branch.
Hopefully there are some Engineering Technicians on here who can advise how long they waited for a start date.
