They don't even know how to cock and fire an M16? The weapon used by all members of the US armed forces.

i understand they didnt know how to use the rifle, but what were they doing wrong that didnt allow them to fire properly? Not cocking it right?

it was the un-controlled way the whole makeshift firing range was run that I thought was funny, that way his mate didn't even bat an eyelid at the nd and the way they were both waving their guns around before hand that made me chuckle.
I remember it happening once in training. The section nco was more p1ssed that he's not allowed to thrash him anymore and instead had to fill in a form for health and safety and get the guy fined. Think he got around £400 fine for it.
