Christ i wish it was as simple as taking a flamin tablet. Ive just started doing phys again after all the mishaps of the past year and its killing me. Sad thing is ive got friends who are taking tablets and they are kidding themselves that they are losing weight. Whereas all they are doing is trying to outdo each other by saying they have lost a pound more than there friends. Stuff it i'd rather be cuddly

amphetamine sulphate works - but it costs more than that, you kind of get used to it (with ref to previous point) and it makes you psychotic in the long run and froth at the mouth and talk s**t in the short term, and it's illegal. I'll be sticking to the phys

If you really need to lose weight then take some silver nitrate with your cup of tea in the morning. Six hours later you will be praying for a normal dose of the shits as by then even your lower bowel will have dropped into the pan!
