Para/Marine unit?

Someone here said last night that a combined para/marine unit is being formed, with new shoulder flashes and what-have-you. I asked if it was just while in theatre and didn't get a satisfactory reply. Anyone got any info?

Pick up these weeks Nuts magazine. Has an interview with Andy Mcnab about this and a picture of the units new badge.

Only thing I've heard of is the joint special forces support squadron thingy they're doing, which has been mentioned elsewhere. Other than that, not a clue
