Pshychometric/aptitude test

Just a quick question, im looking to sit this test at the end of april and i have loads of vouchers for books i got at xmas can anyone reccommend any practice books/tests i could buy or get over the internet so i can achieve the best possible results. Theres so many out there and i dont know which is best.

To be honest mate theres not a lot you can really practice as it is a test of inate skills. Maybe look at some basic speed/distance/time calculations and some basic physics, chemisty, maths and english but it is no harder than gcse level so it should be ok.

Your local library will have a list of suitable books, save your vouchers for a decent read.

Best advice I could give is relax and have an early night before the test. Don't know whether you can fail it although some trades might not be available if you don't get a high enough score.

If you want to be a Tekki, suggest you learn a lot about electrics as that bit was the most difficult for me.
