Training for Selection

Hi, im doing a college course this september (Public services) and we have to pass selection to get in, the tests involved are based on the Royal Marines selection (made harder somehow :o so we have to be visibly pushing oursleves), its only the fitness parts though - press ups, running etc.
I was wondering if anyone had a training program that would help? I looked on the marines website but the one on their seems a bit easy to be honest, seeing as i do more than that every week at the moment.

Cheers if anyone can help.

Yeah ive seen some people who did it and they dont seem so fit, but the guys making out you have to be superman lol. Yeah i aint gonna worry about it, im probably alright at the moment at ths level of fitness.
I didnt reckon it could be harder, but apparently he's making it so hard that, when we come to do selection for whatever service we go into, we fly through it.
Cheers anyway mate.

Agreed Harry

Waste of internet ink this one, maybe better suited for http://www.mfat.co.ukalong with some grammar and spelling lessons.

Selection is what the black masker types of hereford do by the way, not what college pukes do for a few hours with no real connection to the military.
