It's not an exam, you don't sit it! You hang out all the way around it!

Not sure exactly what it entails nowadays, but when I did it, it included all of the events mentioned, plus an 18 miler, Pen Y Fan, Fan Fawr and a 6 mile speed march.

you should not be asking ! you should know ! officer in the TA, ? para ? get real mate, you must have just joined so i presume your staff have told you what is expected, and explained about the physical standards that you have to reach before you attempt P COY, cant belive you are unsure of what is expected, have you not heard of the six Ps .

Do you do your marksmanship tests with the carbine style ironsights or the S.U.S.A.T. in P company?

I ask as Ive always seen it described as shooting with the SUSAT (and have read someone saying that its not as hard a test through the SUSAT as it makes it too easy to shoot to standard) but they all in the live fire photo on the Pcompany site are shooting through ironsites.

20 miler has now been officially binned from p-company

2 miler is also an event now, has been for a while. Day 2 is the Log in the morning and 2 miler in the afternoon. 2 miler is to be completed in under 18 mins and you have to come in with the "pack" and the PTI.
