hi, im new to these forums. just wanted to know if anyone is going on prmc same time as me.

Also i'm becoming very nervous. i have a friend who passed prmc and said it was the hardest thing he ever done.

At the moment. I am doing 65 pressups in 1 min. 70 sit ups in 2mins. and 10 pull ups. I heard the warm up before the test take alot out of you. Just wanted to know if it is good enough to pass

I think JR and Owdun may be on the same one as yourself. :o

Remember to always have your coat handy jphil.

KiwiBen is on the same course as yourself. Came over from NZ a few months ago to join the Corp. Level headed bloke so he is.

Get the Kiwi to demonstrate the stretches he picked up on one of his visits to no 6.

BTW you need a silver thong to gain maximum benefit.

I have just had a text from Kiwiben.

Sounds like he, too, is getting a bit twitchy about next week. :o

Good luck to all of you!

God, you lot will be swapping spit next and having sex with your cousins. :o
Nowt wrong with that, I hear you cry from Nantwich :P
Just remember you are following a well-worn path. The fact that you are even treading that path is a bit of a clue. Someone thinks that you may be capable and in reality you have already earned your Green Lid.
If you look at it the other way round, it`s up to you to lose it.
The choice is yours, if you want it enough.....

Cheeky git, Monsieur Hacked'oeuf.

I am only keeping an eye out for me surrogate son seeing as his mam is over your side of the planet.

Anyway, he did bring me tea in bed on his last visit a couple of weeks ago.
