I'm a bit dissappointed that there hasn't been the predicted humungous amounts of vitriol and diatribes from those (whites only, stand down London Boy) who live within the sound of Bow Bells.
I expect some of us do have regular dealings with Muslims (I live within the sound of six mosques), but either way, surely everyone is entitled to express an opinion. I know that because I have seen it on here somewhere recently.

For a real row about rowers, you can`t go past this

CONTROVERSIAL WA rower Sally Robbins today confirmed she will continue rowing and is still set on a place in the Australian team for Beijing.
The tall, blonde rower called a press conference at Perth's Challenge Stadium today to quash rumours that she is retiring from the sport she loves.

Robbins, who infamously stopped rowing with 400m to go in the final of the women’s eights event at the Athens Olympics in 2004, has been in Sydney for the past 10 days attempting to gain Olympic selection.

Robbins has struggled to gain respect in the rowing fraternity since Athens. She has been shunned by her teammates, many of whom have refused to row with her in competition again.

One teammate, Catriona Sens, received a two-year suspended sentence for slapping Robbins at a team function following the Games.

She may retire as she said she was effing sick of the endless rowing

And all the endless rowing with her castigators
