Lads I love saving the world from aliens on my 360 however I have no idea how xbox live works, can any one give me the gen dit on this? I am on my 2nd xbox as my first one died of death I had the gucci model so I am pretty sure it has all the gubbins I need to connect to the internet.

If any of you are computer geeks and can give me a steer it would be appreciated. Do I just buy a card with a code on it or something is that how it works? What do I need hardware wise to connect, does it have to be connected via a cable or does it do it wireless with some sort of blue tooth magic. I have a blue tooth adapter for a wireless router that my lap top runs off would my xbox work of that or no?

I will wind my neck in now as I am confusing myself.

They're not speaking in text speak Wholley. That's what the call signs / usernames they exchange to play each other over the internet look like.

There was you trying to figure out what all those complicated words, numbers and special characters meant.
