Hahah alright mate

Sit-ups: 92 (2 minutes)
Pull-ups: 16
3 mile (on road): 18:43

Loved it. I did a mini-beast though. Couldn't do the last circuit of 12 reps because my triceps were finished.

That looks pretty good, I'm gonna have to try that tomorrow at some point and see what happens
I really need to start doing some circuit training to get ready for PRMC.
Ive been neglecting them

Jesus, the circuit training book is priced at £60 used on amazon, is it really that good?
There's one on ebay right now that looks very popular. If I win it I'll scan the pages and save everyone a lot of money.

Nope! Some sellers on Amazon are just greedy b'stards. It's the same with loads of books that are out of print. I can't imagine they get many customers.

I'm sure someone’s already replied by PM, but just incase... I'LL HAVE IT PLEASE!
If am first off the mark then I’d be happy to read it, jot everything I want out of it down and pass it on for free, so everyone can reap the benefits. (I'm also nice like that you see

)

PM sent mate
This made my day... really thought someone would already have swooped in and taken it by the time I’d sent that reply... plus I never win anything by luck like this!
I will be passing it on once I’ve got all the needed information out of it, so keep one eye open for me offering it off again ASAP.
All the best
Stokey
