Ah I see. There's my business oppertunity then if I don't get in. Open a Nods only bar in Exeter!

There must be ways of getting into places, surely if you don't go in altogether you must be able to get away with it? Do you get much trouble when your in exeter as a recruit?

I've had a few gobshites but i just got to ignore them and walk away.

2 of the lads in my troop got into Walkabout but a gang of lads in there knew they were recruits and made them feel really uncomfortable.

You can tell Marines are HATED in Exeter though

Never had any trouble in exeter myself, The only thing i dont like about exeter is the fact everyone knows who you are.

Right now on summer leave its brilliant, you can walk around and nobody knows what you do for a living, in exeter everyone instantly knows and thats never a good thing.

just out of curiosity, whats the reason marines & recruits are hated in exeter? and how do the recruits stand out?
