Does anyone know the official time you have to get on the 1.5 mile run at if you are going for the infantry as adult entry?

From what I have read on other posts the time for Infantry is 10:30. You should be aiming for below 10min thou to be safe.
However if you choose to join the Parachute Regiment infantry, then you need to be getting below 9:30. There is alot of rumour about the time been lowered for the Paras, however currently at Depot, the time is 9:30.
Aim for at most, 9:00.
Quick note, if you are joining the Infantry it is more than likely you will be training up here at ITC(C). Depending on which route you take, it is likely you will have a long dragging hill towards the end of the run, which will add about 20-30 seconds onto your BFT time, hense the reason for getting a good 30seconds faster than the max required time.
Good Luck
