So it lasts for 1 hour 30 minutes?
45 minutes run then an assault course, then a fight.
so lets do the math here 45 mins run, 12 mins fight with four individually 4x12 = 48, one minute rest between each fight =4. so 45+48+4=1 hour 37 minutes, without the assault course phase and the one minute rest after that.

Maybe I misunderstood your post so lets try it again
45 min run, 12 minute fight, assault course (lets say 12 minutes also) 1 min rest between phases so....45+12+12+3x1 (3) = 1 hour 12 minutes, nope still utter crap.
Anyway before you answer I think your mum is calling you for your tea!

ohh f@#k off ya panzee! fight 4 men in 12 minutes each but you seem to be thicker than everyone else?? Not 1 man every 12 minutes, 1 man for 3 minutes of fighting after the assault course. The assault course is meant to be hellish! Misunderstanding is you fault not mine!

dont bother hyper, hes a SF expert, seen a documentry dont you know? SeALs are crap and so are delta, its SAS or spetnaz (with selection course of 90 minutes) for this fella.
Knife has so much experience and knowledge under his belt from all his years of active service its scary.
who are we to judge in his presence, we are but mere mortals and have done sod al in comparison.

I had to go away and come back again after knifes friendly comments.

If you rearrange the bar stools I´ll get the taxi to drop me off 8 miles out, yomp in, navigate the bar assault course, have 3 mins with knife then pop down to Credenhill, poke my head around the main gate, shout ridicule and abuse and defend my underpants in the name of mother russia.
