Bleep Test 11.10
Press Ups 50
Sit Ups 70
Pull Ups 6
Assualt Course 3.59
Gym Test 1 - Hard, no water at all made it a lot worse got deducted 5 pressups.
Assualt Course and Bottom Field -

Hardest thing ive ever done, almost tore off my thumb nails on gravel pits and tunnels, crab, monkey, and take cover were

. Very close to throwing up.
3 Mile Run - Harder than a 6 mile run still wrecked from bottom field and dodgy Xmas dinner night before.
Gym Test 2 - Not far off Bottom Field constant marking time only rest was 3 second lie down waiting to throw medicine ball, My calf started spazing out marking time after "games" i couldnt walk, the Corporal said stretch it out for 30 seconds then carry on or fail so I did, the last sprints were very hard for me but I just gave it everything i had left.
Before PRMC i could do (at best)
Press Ups 71 in one go
Sit Ups 73 in 2 mins
Pull Ups 10+
Very pleased to have passed and knackered.
-Do not underestimate the PRMC
-Do sprints before I didnt but am going to now
-Try to get your resting Max Press Ups, SitUps as high as you can because when the PTIs get you going it wrecks your scores.
-Most Importantly dont give up until the Corporal tells you to pack your bags you can still pass.
Out of 32, Only 14 passed but there was only 2 guys who got failed after the Course. Most Dropped out, a couple got poor scores, a couple though injury and one guy got overheard telling someone he wasnt going to start Training even if he passed had about 20mins to pack after that.
Im going into my AFCO tommorrow to get a date it will be at the end of June (6 Months).

Jordiman has knocked advice for the PRMC on the head here.
Just adding a couple of things:
Take on as much water throughout the day as you canm otherwise like me you will get cramps in your calves towards the end of 'bottom field' and Gtm test 2. Drink about 4 full water bottles worth each day. Also a pinch of salt at every meal with your drink will also help to delay the on set(something to do with the enzymes in your muscles).
Try and get hold of the bleep test before you go PRMC, then practice it till you can get a level 13.
Do not follow the program they give you at the careers office it is not nearly enough.
Devise a training program with a great deal of emphasis on CV endurance and recovery. Dont bother with strength weight training, but concentrate on body weight exercises. After every run you complete, do a tough sprint session till you legs seize up, then you now you have worked hard.
Make sure you can do the maximums and more after that. E.G. 80 pressups, 100 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups.
Thats about it really, you just have to go in with the right attitude and be safe in the knowledge that you have prepared adequately. If you are in the right frame of mind and have prepared properly, you will be well on your way to passing.

you've both nailede it right on the head there..i myself found that gtest was the hardest.. only due to the fact that your completely knacked from the day before and the morning session.. i was not that bad though compared to some guys on my course, i have quit a good recovery rate.you didnt however mention the press ups after the 3 miler.. well i wasnt expecting that to happen..

Didnt have to do any press-ups after 3-miler, all we had to do was jog back to the accomodation. Guess we were just lucky.
