oh you crouch down, but nekid' and the doctor grabs you're coin purse from behind and pulls down a 'TAD' (as mine said) and you have to cough...

I lied on a bed got asked to pull boxers to knees and he just put his hand under my testicles and asked me to cough that's all don't worry about it.

Yeah i'm joking, he doesn't realy go near your nob or balls just to the sides.. simple cough will do, but now think on this..
Do you want his hands cold, knowing that he hasn't touched no one else or warm hands knowing that he's had a few..
And do you do a manly cough or a whimper?
OR where do you put you're hands?
